November 19th, 2009 - VHS Runs "Cages are Cruel" ad on Vancouver Buses

 

Thanks to a generous gift from one of our donors, VHS has placed an ad on the back of 10 BC TransLink Buses to promote Chicken OUT! The ad began running the week of November 16th and will run for at least 4 weeks, and possibly until mid-January.

 

The ad says "Cages are Cruel, Buy Certified Organic eggs instead" and highlights the Chicken OUT! website for more information.

 

Each bus travels a different route every day, so it will ensure maximum coverage over the 4-8 week period. The buses will travel downtown as far west as UBC and as far east as Metrotown and south to Marine Drive.
